

BanqueT Policies
We require pre-selected menus for functions of fifteen or more guests to ensure the highest level of food and service. Menu selection is required five (5) business days in advance of the event and guaranteed attendance provided two (2) business days prior to the function.
Members will be charged for functions, unless cancellation is received one (1) business day before the party; however should the room be rented to another member, the cancellation charge will be waived.
Members will be responsible for the following charges for all parties cancelled on the same day:
- Room rental
- Labor charge
- Food charge (if menu was chosen)
We would like to point out that we use the finest and freshest products. Prices and selections are subject to change without prior notice.
Additional Charges
- A surcharge will be imposed based on the total cost for food, liquor, wine, beer, and room charges. Surcharges and set-up charges represent an offset to daily operating costs. Our employees are paid a full salary instead of commissions.
- Supplies such as pads, pencils, flipcharts and easels are available for an additional charge.
- Set-Up charges will be based on attendance.
- Club 101 is available to make arrangements for extra tables, different chairs, audio-visual and a dance floor at the member’s request.
