Portrait of Manager Gilles A. GuillouGilles A. Guillou has expertly presided as General Manager at Club 101 since 1996. Mr. Guillou began his hospitality career at one of Manhattan’s finest restaurants, La Grenouille (Four Stars, NY Times), and then furthered his education and skills at La Cote Basque (Three Stars, NY Times), and The Carlyle Hotel (Five Star hotel, Mobil Travel Guides).

Mr. Guillou was awarded a diploma from the Sommelier Society of New York in 1985, and holds degrees in Finance and Business Management, Hospitality Management, and Food Service Management. He is also a member of the Club Manager’s Association of America.
